addon domains

hello,

I have added an addon domain to my account, say www.domain2.com, I used fantastico to install oscommerce into a sub folder called domain2, when u go to www.domain2.com it works great on the first page to load, but when u start to click through to other pages the address bar starts to read www.domain1.com/domain2....

Is there anyway of have the correct domain showing no matter what link u click on from domain2?

basically, only after the domain propagation is completed, then only install on the domain2.com. second, make sure its install to the domain.

usually i install manually, where i upload the script to domain2.com folder, and install from domain2.com. So, this problem can be avoid.
