I created a contact form using phpFormGenerator from Hostmonster's SimpleScripts and had it working fine for a few months. I recently checked on it and it is no longer working. After a little bit of experimentation, it seems that the problem is that when the "Submit Form" button is clicked, the data entered is not being saved and therefore the following message is received -
The following errors occured while processing your form input.
You did not enter one or more of the required fields. Please go back and try again.
Yes I have filled out all the fields. Any ideas as to why it is not recognizing that I input data would be helpful.
