500 Server Error

hi

When I want to install the script, I can not show me this error



500 Server Error

A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.



the php.ini is PHP5 (FastCGI)

and I have experience ( PHP5 (Single php.ini) but Did not work



I have deleted .htaccess file in the script folder



but Did not work




i dont no from were the Problem

I would check your php error logs as well as the main server error logs.

Log into your cPanel and navigate to the Error Logs section. In ANOTHER tab, load your website.

IMMEDIATELY move over to your cPanel tab and reload your Error Logs page, noting any references to 500 server errors. These will mostly be in the main server logs area (at the top of the Error Logs page). Check for path names that involve your directory and/or domain.

Post any error logs you see ONLY IF THEY HAVE YOUR DOMAIN in them.

Other than that, I might suggest resetting your account to its default setup. You will have to get Hostmonster's help for that. I only suggest doing so if you don't have anything else you want to keep, like emails, picture files, other websites configured, etc. Use this option as a last chance option.
