Is it possible to setup a mail signature
so my users won't have to type in their information
each time they send an email ?
If so does one go about doing that ?

Setting up an email signature is done with the email client being used (Outlook, Thunderbird, Webmail...)
For instance, if you're using Squirrelmail as your webmail program, after logging into Squirrelmail, go to "Options" > "Personal Information" > and there you will see a place to add a signature which will automatically be added to outgoing email.
If you're using Horde to read your email, once logged in, go to "Options" > "Mail" > "Personal Information" > And on the resulting page, you'll see an area to add a signature.
For Thunderbird, just click on the name of the account and click the check box that says "Attach this signature", then click the button that says "Choose" to browse for the text file containing the desired signature text.
For Outlook, I don't know; I don't use Outlook; It can't be too hard to figure out.

When you want to add your personal information on all the mails as your signature then sign in on that particular mail website, and then click on the options from your profile, then click on the mail options, go to the Signature category and add your information which you want to send as your signature, and make sure to check the box of add to all my sending mails, now click on the save key, you can attach your business details with your signature to make it impressive.
