I've been trying for hours in order to connect to mySQL database on hostmonster's server. The only support they will give is the ip and port to connect to.
The error I receive is "Error Number 1129: <my IP> has too many connection errors, please run 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'"
However, hostmonster says this is not the correct fix.
Sooo... what am I doing wrong? Or what needs to be done to fix this?
