I see these little boxes on alot of sites and I want to know what they are called. If they have a name and if their is a site with a bunch of them.

These logos mean the sites they are on are compliant with the standards shown in the logo. That particular logo means the site is XHTML 1.0 compliant.
Basically, any site that bears these logos has been carefully designed to comply with strict coding standards. It helps with usability and accessability.
If you want one on your site, you will have to submit your site to w3c and they will tell you if it meets certain standards along with what you have to do to get your site up to their standards.
Web standards is a point of debate among web designers.

I know what XHTML coplience is. The picture I uploaded was just an example. I want to know what people call these little pictures. I know the longer ones that people put in their signatures are userbars.

They seem to be called "antipixel buttons" or "badges". At least, that's what the page below calls them.
