This is a user to user forum. No one here can do anything to make changes on your account.

As for your question, they simply can't just change your IP address that easily. Since it's a shared IP, they'd have to change everyones. You have two options if you need your IP changed.

1. Be moved to another box. Which will make your site unavailable for about 4 hours. You then will most likely have to reset everything back up on your account. And you only have temporally fixed the problem. Theses are shared IP addresses. Everyone on that particular box all has the same IP. So you may run into the same problem again when someone gets that IP banned.

2. This would be the best option, although it does cost money. Buy a dedicated IP for your account. It is $30/year and only your websites will be on that IP. This way you wont have problems with other people on the same box getting the shared IP blocked.

Both options will have to be done with support. Call, open a ticket or the best would be to use live chat. (located on www.hostmonster.com main page bottom left hard corner.)
