Import/Export Email Forwarders & Filters

I am migrating in from Mailshell.com, which is dumping its web service. I primarily used mailshell for disposable email addresses (essentially a combination of aliases/forwarders and filters). As I set up my email here on my domain, I'd like to be able to format and import my filter and forward information. However, when I set up filters/forwarders, then download the archive, the rules and forwarders I've set up don't seem to make it in the FTP download. My plan was obviously to upload a whole set of forwarders and filter rules.

Any guidance? In previous Unix-based incarnations, all of these would have been in a text file somewhere accessible :)
