Mail server can not be found

I get an error message after trying to setup my outlook for my pop3 account? I followed the manual settings explicitly, but still no joy. Do I need to create a subdomain for the mail server first?

Try using yourdomain.com as your POP3 server instead of mail.yourdomain.com.

I use it that way and it works perfect.

What is the error you are getting? Username and passwords are the most common. Please let us know so we can help you further
