I spent a lot of time setting up my whitelist on horde but it seems to have done no good. Addresses on the whitelist are still sent to spam even though the whitelist is the first rule on my list. Is there a way to ensure the whitelist will have priority over spamassassin?

This seems like an excellent question.

I'm new to HostMonster, and would like to know the answer to this. Can anyone help?

I have been having issues with the blacklist. I really don't like either of the email programs available on hostmonster....they are so simple and they don't work all the time...

Sierra, what is your website? Mine is www.mileycyrusfanz.com.

I use Spam Assassin, the box trapper and white / black lists and all the spam I'd been getting before moving to Hostmonster has just about disappeared.

When you set up your whitelist, how did you do it? Did you hand-enter them or did you whitelist messages as they came in?

Could be that the format in the white list is incorrect if you hand entered them.
