Database backup?

Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to back up my database files from the control panel? I’m assuming this is accomplished with an export but can not see how or were it’s done through this control panel.

Log into your CPanel Admin area.
Scroll down to the Advanced Menu section.
Click on the Backup link.
Follow the instructions on the next page.~regards,
