are you using phpadmin to edit the db or a php script? have you tried connecting with a script?

im using phpmyadmin not a script..
anyway i tried another pc and there was no problem .. the table was created successfully .. i just wanted to point that when using phpmyadmin in my browser i get "Cookies must be enabled past this point." ... i believe this is the problem, anyway im not using any antivirus program and cookies are enabled !!!!
and now when i try to alter the table i get this error:
tbl_alter.php: Missing parameter: field (FAQ 2.8)

Have you added user to database in cPanel?
Have you added create privileges to that user?
