I have created my website the way I want it to look. I have uploaded it to my file, but every time I upload a new page to my file it will overlap the other web pages. I have a total of 6 pages and I have already uploaded 3 and everytime it will overlap each other.

Make sure you aren't uploading files with the same name. It might also help to know how you are uploading your files, and to which location. Perhaps the program you are using to upload? And maybe, if you feel like it, some file names you are attempting to upload?

Not much to go on here, so I can't give much advise ...

Each file has it's own name and I'm using Photoshop. I uploaded my "Home Page" and someother pages, but everytime I upload another page it will overlap my previous pages.
