View Full Version : Unable to view support tickets

Hi,

I have logged in fine to control panel, then I click on help aand then on "ticket history". It asks again for my username and password and I have typed exactly the same login credentials. I've tried this 3 times now and it responds with incorrect username and password.

Any ideas?

P.S. Yes I am using my email address and password I registered with

TT, I believe you need to create a separate support account. That's what I had to do.

So you can check your ticket history without logging in to support center?
I did exactly what tentimes did directly from my Cpanel. I cannot get to my ticket history without the following message:


Currently Not Logged In
A feature on this page may require that you log in to the Support Center.
If you do not have a support account, Register a New Account .

If you have a support account, you may login by entering your information below.

The "information below" part is the username (email address) and my password for the support account....not my cpanel login info.
