I tried with three different options and it got me same error.

the domain expiration was 2009-5-24,so I renew the expiration.

Please, help me to trasfer my domain, ASAP :D

Are you transferring in to HM or out? You didn't say.

HM servers are having problems right now which might explain it.

Who is the old registrar? If it is godaddy then you won't be able to do it now as godaddy cannot reach HM nameservers at present (like most of us)

I would wait until the morning when this outtage has been fixed.
