Its at least 4.5 hours my website down, I open a ticket but he not back.
i test with ping machon-beitel.co.il and its say
request time out
4 loss from 4,

please return my website back!
or return my money back.
I buy ssl+ private ip and i in my first month.

Yep, these things only happen on a holiday.

Try a support ticket - I did get an answer but my end still does not work correctly.

Mail is down too. They aren't answering tickets and there is no support available. What a total mess. I can't believe their service is this bad. I don't mind putting up with problems, but a service outage for hours with no reponse., no comment and no support is unforgiveable.

Also, server status shows everything is fine.

OH just to update, the nameservers are down too. My website points to ns1.hostmonster.com etc and DNS servers can't get a response.

either its fixed or its not the nameservers, as my sites are fine. we all are pointing to ns1 or ns2 subdomains, including this forum you are posting on
