HM security certificate?

Hi, When I go into the CGI Center to check my Simple Guestbook, if I need to access the Manage part of it, I get the following warning message before typing in my username & password. Is this just something that is popping up because I have something set wrong or is it a problem with HM. Is it NOT safe to put my password in?
