Hi,

We are transferring website from old dedicated server to Hostmonster shared server.
But some of urls are not working.
It seems that we do not have access to httpd.conf on hostmonster and hence we have written the code in .htaccess file. We are not able to get the site working properly with the current configuration. We need this configuration to be replicated on hostmonster.

Can hostmonster help so that our Apache server is correctly configured and we get the site running?

Please anyone has any idea?

Here is what we have in httpd.conf.
But I am not sure how this can be converted to .htaccess.

The problem is following:

if you visit http://laborfair.com you will see that the top right side links are working but if we visit http://74.220.215.241/~laborfa2/main/com/index.php those links do not work. We have such issues everywhere on the site. The first one is live and later one we are trying to transfer on the hostmonster.

i dont see anything in this that needs to be in a .htaccess file.

i can see your old server was setup so main/com was your web root but if thats something that you dont need (on hm public_html is your web root) what i would do is delete your current public_html/.htaccess file (what is your code for that file by the way, it is giving 74.220.215.241/~laborfa2/ (http://74.220.215.241/%7Elaborfa2/main/com/index.php) a 500 error) and move your files from public_html/main/com to the public_html directory

am i guessing correctly that you have not yet tranfered the DNS from your old host to hm yet until this is fixed? is that why your_domain and your_hm_ip deliver different pages?
