Hi all,
I would like to ask about how to format my site, I mean how to delete all of the files and folders there and starting from the 1st step?

if you really want to start over, you can ask someone from live help if they will "reset" your account.

i believe that will include subdomains, addons etc. you would need to set those back up again if you have any.

if you dont want the whole thing reset , perhaps you can post back with more info for us to walk you through
