Backup local computer to hostmonster?

Any one using hostmonster to store backups from their local computer via ssh? I heard they will delete your account if you do so just wanted to check it out/hear about what setup you might have going (especially if you use linux on your local computer)

Storing personal files on hostmonster servers is probably one of the fastest ways to get your account shut down.

If you read the TOS, you will see they talk specifically about not using hostmonster as a backup solution to your local computer.

My suggestion to you would be to not test them on this.

well I had a dreamhost account lying around. They are not very dependable but there a ton of coupon codes flying around that let you get a years worth of hosting for $20. Anyhow They now offer 50gb that can be used for personal storage which is awesome. My desktop is automatically rsync now each night :0
