Blogroll Issues

Well, my eventual goal will be to have a couple blogrolls within my pages, however, right now, I am not sharp with Perl or anything of the sort. I can handle some Javascript and a lot of HTML, but need help. I downloaded the WebService-Bloglines-Blogroll-0.02, but have no idea how to use it. I would really appreciate any help you can provide.
