Today HM email me: "Your web hosting account for colocalo.com has been deactivated (reason: site causing performance problems).
Although your web site has been disabled, your data may still be available for
up to 15 days, after which it will be deleted.!"

What it means? What is Performance problems? I don't have cpanel access to download my backup.

'Performance problems' probably means that your website is utilizing too much server resources, but you will only be able to find out the specifics by contacting HostMonster directly.

When using shared web hosting it is important you keep in mind that other websites also reside on the same server using the same resources and hardware. Therefore, it is only reasonable to be restrictive of your own site's resource usage so that other websites do not suffer performance problems as well.

While quickly building a website using auto-install scripts is easy, for example, one also needs to have a fair understanding of how those scripts work. It is easy to get carried away and utilize so many resource-demanding scripts that your website ends up crippling server performance. This is not good for other customers.

Have you tried logging in via FTP and downloading all of your files?

No, I don't have ftp access to my files, I don't know what to do, I need my site up or I need my files to pay another web hosting, but HM don't reply my emails.

In your cpanel, you should see something saying unlimited ftp.
You could compress your files and then download them via file manager.
Or you could try a live chat (available from HM homepage)

He said that he does not have cPanel access.

Your best bet is to contact HM support via live chat on www.hostmonster.com.

You don't have access to Cpanel or FTP?? How did you get the stuff up to your site and how do you intend on getting the stuff on the new site??
