How to backup arcade games website?

I was wonder how to backup my arcade game site with all game descriptions because there all unique and on my language? Is this posible?

cPanel->Files->Backups

There you will see some options. The Full Web Site Backup is probably the easiest option. It seems to assume that you only host one site. If you have multiple sites (on one HM account) then you might want to explore the partial options.

I have multiple websites with my account. Is this partial option save all descriptions in games for me or I must do something else. I work very hard on that website and I don't whant to lose everything. I have no concerns on other sites because I have all that work in my website builders offline, but this website is on the server. Thanks in advance.

How are the descriptions stored? In a database? files?

I dont now, I enter all game descriptions through my admin panel interface. If the only solution to copy-paste all game descriptions that's really hard. Maybe regular backup is ok but I dont know because I new to this.
