I created an e-mail account. I can send e-mail via webmail feature but cannot receive any e-mails.
I tried searching for tech support on hostmonster but could not find any.
help!

Bumping this back up. I'm having the same problem. Any help?
I guess the question is what errors do you get (if any).
Are you sending emails to the address and they simply aren't turning up, or do you get a notice back indicating that the email could not be delivered?

Here's the error response I receive:

I have no idea why it's happening, but it's happening across all my e-mail accounts. Would there be any reason it might be screwed up due to linking my site to Wordpress?
As far as I can tell, huge-mistake.com is pointed to wordpress.com. I'm guessing they don't have mail setup.
Do you have other hosting with HM apart from huge-mistake? If so, best thing to do is to create a MX entry against huge-mistake.com which points to HM servers (the server name on which your account is located). This can be done via CPanel.
If you don't have other hosting with HM, I'm a little confused about why you would be paying for hosting with HM when you are hosting your site on Wordpress?
