Multiple Accounts

I was wanting to make a second account so that I can share access to the cPanel with someone without us both being on this one account. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find it. Is it possible to make another account?

www.hostmonster.com > Login >Files > Ftp accounts > Account Management

Just follow that and create accounts through that if you need any more help don't hesisate to ask :)

You will not be able to create another account to share your CPanel access. Hostmonster only allows one cpanel user per account.

If you require more than one person to be able to manage the website, then you will have to do what D0gSoldi3r suggested and create separate FTP accounts.
