Static IP ???

I am trying to setup serveral users to use a Desktop App with a SQL DB on HM. HNM requires the IP address for database users...

How do I get around the ISPs changing IP addresses

Do all hosts require an IP address for database permission..?

Any help would be appreciated

ISPs change IPs for load balancing. You're out of luck because HM only allow
IPs that are enabled to connect to the MYSQL. Take a look at this thread:

Check with your ISP. They may (or may not) be able to allocate static IPs.
