filter outgoing Email

Is it possible to create filters for outgoing Email similar to the filters available for incoming Email?

I don't believe you can but I could be wrong. Perhaps if you let us know what you are looking to do we can provide alternate suggestions...

For example, I'd like to block messages if the outgoing email address matches a list of addresses.
