Hi.

I'm trying to change the MX entry from my domain "reposteriafina.com.ve" to use with google apps. So, i always got this message from server (cpanel):

There was a problem changing the mx entry.
Error fetching zone data for reposteriafina.com.ve.db's MX

i don't know how to resolve this.

Is your domain name hosted with HostMonster or with another provider? If it is hosted with another provider then you will have to change the MX settings from that provider's control panel.

hummmm.. Well, the registrar is the Venezuelan NIC, but it is parked on HostMonster. I'll try to got support with nic.ve.

I'm not 100% sure, but that is what I suspect is the problem; I could be wrong.

BTW, which MX entries are you using? Their priorities? How long has it been since you attempted changing the MX settings without successful mail transfer? Did you run the test with Google's temporarily mailing address to see if mail was being routed correctly?
