uploading files and losing quality problem??

i have been uploading some flash files lately and it seems that the quality is getting worse when i upload it onto the host file manager.

the link for the hosted flash file is: http://aspect-photos.com/theflash/flash-banner-flash.swf

are there any settings for uploading images and flash files that could be mixed up creating this problem? when i publish the file on my home computer it looks perfect. but the uploaded version seems horrible.

anybody with any ideas at all as to why the quality of the flash files aren't as good as they were?
