Email real person confirmation

Hi all,

When i send an email to my clients and they want to reply, a confirmation of if they are a "real person" is required.

How can i remove this ?

I believe this is a client-side feature found in many e-mail client applications. Since you are the sender the "real person" challenge may be coming from your end. Check the sending options in your e-mail client application and deactivate it if it is turned on.
