WebMail Login

I have created Email Accounts via my HostMonster cPanel...


Now, i send them the "Access Webmail" link, and they get prompted with a login popup. When entering the email and password that i set them, nothing happens...



Advice?

Are they entering the full email address? (i.e. the username + domain?) Also what is the actual URL that you sent - maybe, for some reason, its not quite right...

Link that i was giving them:
http://host171.hostmonster.com:2082/frontend/hostmonster/mail/webmailform.html?user=user@mydomain.com&domain=mydomain.com

And i have a screenshot from one of the users, clearly showing him entering the full email address... and i made sure he was spelling password correctly..
still nothing.

This URL link is on a drop down menu Short Cut...


They select their name, and it directs them to their allocated link with their email in it. All they have to do is enter password and there there...

But for some reason, they get prompted with a popup login, and i can get through happily. :S

I believe that link is to Cpanel so their email addresses won't work

Try http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail which should then redirect to the actual webmail site (you should get prompted for the username + password - enter the email address and password)

Both links take me to the same area though.


But the /webmail link does work now, thanks r2b2
