Plz help to open .tar.gz file

Hi every one, i back up my site & saved the same file to my computer, but i can not .tar.gz file formet. Can any one help me open it zip file.

Any good file archiving utility will be able to open it. Some free examples for Windows include IZArc (http://www.izarc.org/), 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) and PeaZip (http://peazip.sourceforge.net/).
