It should just be a matter of logging into your account via FTP and performing a bulk upload of your backup contents.

Did you delete everything in your home directory (/home/username)?

If you have a backup of your entire HM account, you will have to give it to HM support so they can restore your site.
If you only have a backup of your public_html directory, then you will have to contact HM support and have them reset your account. Doing so will wipe out your email addresses, account settings, and possibly database information, if you have any.
I accidentally did the same thing to my account almost a year ago, but I didn't have any recent backups. I lost many months worth of work and important emails.
