Email 'Admin' Copy

Hi -
Novice here, so be gentle....

Seeking some help to set up email
so that all incoming email is automatically
copied to an admin account.

Appreciate some direction on how to do this.

if you were to search for "email catch all" you would find a bunch of posts that say it cant be done and host monster doesnt support it.

but i think i remember a long time ago reading about somebody that did it.
