Addon Domain

I have just registered a new domain using paypal, now my funds were pre-loaded and the domain is in my domain manager, does that make it active?

I query this, because when i open the url/domain, all i get is an error, cannot locate remote server.

it could take up to 72 hours for the DNS information for the new domain name to propagate through the Internet before you can properly use the name you just bought.

If you said you just now bought it, I would give it a day or so before I got really worried. If you still can't access your addon domain name in a couple days, contact the registrar and/or Hostmonster Support to see if anything else is wrong.

where did you register? Did you specify DNSs ?
if domain still doesnt work post us domain name :)

Have a look at the hosting status of the domain in the domain manager,
if it is set to ¨unasigned¨ , go to ¨addon domain¨ and simply add it.

If you call now and everything was setup properly you may have to wait a total of 72 hours. If you wait and call 24 hours from now and find out there was a problem with the setup you may wait the original 72 hours plus the 24 you delayed.
