Doubt About Add-On Domain

Hello, I have a question, Recently I payed for a Hostmonster's service and uploaded my Website, then I added a new Domain of a client with a different website, so you don't need to type my domain to see the one of my client.

What I need to know is if I add some "keywords" and "content" meta tags to his HTML codes and send the URL to Search Engines, the website will appear in the search results as an independent URL or it will appear as
myclientdomain-com.mydomain.com (this is the way awstats show the URL for stats and I don't want that to happen).

if it is setup as an add-on then you will be good to go. awstats is like that due to your folder structure.

however if you do not have a redirect from a .htaccess file, you may still be able to access the page with http://www.yourprimarydomain/addondomain/ but that wont affect the spiders, just dont put the link out there to be traced back or edit your .htaccess file to prevent it.
