Image Hosting and Arcade Hosting

i've plan to upload my image and arcade (flash games) script to HM.
with those scripts, my user free to upload and download images and free to play online games.

so..my question is : are they allowed?

anyway : what about SEO script (Google PageRank, Backlinks, etc.) ? are they allowed?

i have a link to the TOS in my sig. check it out there. the main issue is copyrights and personal storage,. if you dont have an issue with those then you are probably ok
