Hello,

I'm looking to curb large email attachments. I've contacted HM support, and was told that generally anything between 10MB and 15MB will pass with out incident. I'm finding that up to 20MB+ can pass, and this is undesirable. I inquired about attachment quotas on accounts with HM support, but was told that this is not configurable from the cPanel.

Can anyone please direct me on how I can achieve mail attachment quotas for my twenty or so accounts?

Thank you for any and all input.

Best.

If HM support have said its not configurable in CPanel, the only way that it would be configurable would most likely be via server settings which I'm guessing HM isn't going to do (otherwise they would have presumably given you the option)

Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking your assessment is correct but... Now I'm looking into setting up some filter (Account Level Filtering) that would identify and act upon emails with a certain attachment size. While I consider myself technically apt and capable, I'm out of my element here. Anyone have any ideas or any direction I can focus my attention to? Thanks again for all input.
