URL link to FTP files

Hello,

I have uploaded all my mp3 files on the FTP. My question is can I somehow create a link to every mp3 file so that I will be able to put all the mp3-s in my WinAmp playlist. Then I can access them directly online without having them on my hard or without downloading them.

It is like I`ve uploaded a file 1.mp3 in publick_html folder and when I open winamp I can add URL http://www.domain.com/1.mp3

Unfortunately I have 40GB of music and it is not possible do add every file.
Is there any way of making that?

If you have Linkin Park the Beatles, Rollin Stones Etc, Hostmonster will find those files and ban you from the server, however if it is something like special effect noises you created yourself then thats different, Winamp is good for doing that where you can open up url's instead of files.

P.s even if you did purchase the music from Itunes and you own it doesn't mean you are allowed to share online with others, thats illegal. If it is pirate music i wouldn't even waste you're time with hostmonster they will find you're site in 2 minutes and ban you're account.

I don't think you understand this is not an illegal file sharing community, this is a legal community, whether you share you're files or not is not the point it's still illegal.

the way you define placing them on your site and using winamp on them only for yourself to see, also sounds like storage to me so just check the TOS. if you wanted to know about file structure you can go to php.net and search for file. if you have ever been to a folder that doesnt have an index page you would have seen a list (made with anchors) of all the files and folders within that folder
