php form is not working properly

I am not familiar with php scripts and had my scripts done by previous hosting company. I just switched from them to hostmonster and all my forms are not working properly now. Actually I am receiving e-mails, but all fields of the forms are empty. Redirection is working though. Any suggestion?

you might be missing something you had at your other host but other than that i wouldnt be so quick to think one of your scripts are bad if they worked somewhere else.

if you have very recently changed hosts it could be still waiting for the dns to switch over. or a configuration anyway, sorry i am not posting with an answer but you could try live help as it may be on their end.
