Hi, I forgot email password. How can i retrieve it?

By the way, the live chat is very very very slow..

I wait for over 15minutes still waiting for next operator...

If you still have access to your CPanel account, you can log in there and click on the link titled "Email Accounts" that is found in the Mail section.

From there you can change any password to any email account you created for your site.

It depends on which department you are trying to connect to and how busy that department is. Furthermore, sometimes a busy internet connection between you and Hostmonster may cause a few hiccups.
