I'm getting Annoyed

I'm getting really annoyed cause my websites was taken down because of hostmonster automaticly flag my account fraud like 10 days ago... i've send in my ID and a pic of the card i blacked out the numbers except for the last one
and sent to them. AND STILL my account hasn't been restored i've kept on sending emails to billing and phoning them BUT NOTHING... they sent me this email: "Your account has been restored. Our records show that it was restored from backups. Whatever files were last recorded for the account should still be present."

but it hasn't been restored in cpanel my account says: "Account Expires In -16 days"


SERIOUSLY i've been very accepting but this is just taking for ever........

Have you tried the LiveChat feature on www.HostMonster.com since you've already emailed and phoned them? Because this is a user-to-user forum only, we won't be able to help directly with the situation.

kk... ya i have they keep telling me to email billing (i have many times) and wont offer me any service that helps me in any way and then they shut off the chat...
