Unable to access Cpanel or FTP

Hi all been with HM for about 16 months. Yesterday I got a welcome message with my details / domain name / username / pass to the email address I registered it with. Whilst i thought this a little funny as I am on a 24 month plan and 3 - 4 months into it I let it go as a glitch.
Now today I cannot login to Cpanel or access my FTP as I wanted to do some changes.

Help please!

I would contact Hostmonster Support about this. It sounds pretty strange to me.

You're right it was suspect. I phoned the HM helpdesk and they looked into the account only to find it had been compromised. So they reset all the details back to me and I went looking at the damage. Seems someone in vietnam where the ftp files originated from was setting up to do a phishing scam looking at the ftp uploads records.
So the files got deleted out and I have blocked access from the ip ranges used.
