Change Email Header

I have a problem with the email headers. When my forums send an email to somebody, the header says "<my_domain>@host<xxx>.hostmonster.com" where everything in <here> would be substituted for the real information. How do I change the header to something like "admin@<my_domain>"? Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the email address you're using in the FROM header exists.

I thought the account in Google Apps would work. So I just created an email account through the Hostmonster cPanel, and now it works! Thanks for the help! :)
