Disk Full

i'm unable to update my site, the reason given being "disk full", it was supposed to be unlimited disk space, is it a setting error at the cpanel? or it is just a temporary server problem? i've sent a ticket to the surpport center with no reply yet~~~ :(

Yes, you did the right thing by contacting Support with a ticket, although LiveChat may be able to provide you with a faster answer.

The "disk full" status message may be for the entire server to which only Hostmonster can respond to by making more disk space available.

thanks for the tips, as least i know it isn't my setting error. btw i've try livechat early without any respond, i'm still waiting for the reply from the surpport center.
