Trying to add first flash video...

Sorry if this has been covered, but I can't get my first flash video for my site to embed. Here is the code I'm using (copied from the net)

I'm nearing the end of my patience! can someone give me a pointer on what I'm doing wrong?

I don't think my site is linking properly to my video. Are there any preferences I need to enable video on the hostmonster site?
