I have my own web-server in a specific IP. I created a subdomain "home.urbeglobal.com" redirecting to my specific IP, but when it open the page de url that show is http://xx.xx.xx.xx/directory, i want that the url to show is http://home.urbeglobal.com/directory. I know that is possible because my previos hosting provider do it for me. How can i do this in hostmonster subdomain?

Just login to your Cpanel Xp Evolution, and click on Subdomains located under Domain and Account Management.
Simply key in the subdomain name that you want. If the folder is not created, it will be created as http://yourdomain.com/subdomain. If the folder has been earlier created by you, there is no more action on your part.
After that, you just have to wait because subdomains uses the DNS system and it can take many hours for the DNS to propagate throughout the Internet. It can be anything from a few hours to a day or two, so be patient!
Once the DNS has finished propagating, instead of http://yourdomain.com/subdomain, it will also be accessible as http://subdomain.yourdomain.com/

If you want the redirect to work with different protocols you'll need to call them.
