Front Page Web Site Viewing Problem

I loaded up my web site and it doesn't view correclty. scroll bar(navigation) lost its color, background etc. Site map link is displayed in the white area instead of being hidden in the black border. In fact border doesn't fit correctly. Page was built in FrontPage and looked just fine on the last server I used. I down loaded it to my local computer and uploaded to hostmonster. By the way it looks fine when I open locally in FrontPage and then view/open directly in explorer.

One issue I've noticed is that when your index page redirects, it's trying to redirect to http://www.fire101.net\main.htm/ instead of http://www.fire101.net/main.htm

This gives you a Page Load Error in FireFox, although it loads fine in IE 7. Was the last server you used Windows based, or Linux?
