All Sites under Hostmonster.com not working

Nobody is able to submit content or images in any of our sites hosted by Hostmonster.com. Even editing is not possible. This problem started from 9th September 2008 and and even till 17th today problem has not been solved. Inspite of repeated request and reminders to solve the problem company support is unable to help.

They are not understanding this simple problem. It has almost ruined my web business. Previously there were cpu quota errors. Now this serious problem.

A lot of money and time has gone down the drains due to poor and unwise reponse.

Can any other member solve our problem? What is happening?

I had the same repeated issues. It was a problem with the hotlink protection they said. Happened a few times. Now okay. Don't know for how long though.

I have had some of these problems with my website loading too, I just keep hitting re-load in my browser and it finally comes up. I wasnt sure if it was my ISP or what, but I havent noticed any serious problems uploading files thou.
