how to upload your websites using smart ftp?

Please someone help??? I'm trying to find address, login and password for host monster so I can upload my websites to my domain using smart ftp.

Log into your cPanel and, under the 'Files' section, select 'FTP Accounts'. Click on "Configure FTP Client" beside the FTP account with root access (i.e. your 'Main account') and obtain the settings from the next page.
